Delete your data

1. 1Open Settings on your Android phone.
2. 2Go to Apps → JoeBees Garden Planner.
3. 3Tap Uninstall. Every garden, photo, planting date and setting goes with it, immediately and permanently.

Want to keep the app? On that same screen tap Storage → Clear storage instead. It wipes the same data and leaves you a fresh, empty app.

On joebees.app, press “Clear bed” in the planner header, or clear your browser's site data for the domain.

1. 1Find the share link you were given. It looks like joebees.app/planner?share=xxxxxxxxxxxx.
2. 2Email it to joebeesgarden@gmail.com with the subject Delete my shared garden. The contact page works too.
3. 3We delete it and reply to confirm — usually within a few days, always within 30.

You don't have to prove anything or give us a name. The link is all we need, because it is all we have.

• Your gardens, plant placements, planting dates, bed photos, care settings and reminders

  How it goes:

  Uninstall or Clear storage removes them instantly. We never had a copy.

• A garden you pressed Share on — its name, size, plants, sun, soil and hardiness zone. Never your ZIP code: that is removed before the garden is stored.

  Email us the link and we delete it. Otherwise it deletes itself one year after you shared it.

• Anonymous usage counts — that a layout was generated, a bed size, a plant count

  How it goes:

  Kept. Nothing in these rows points at you or your phone, so there is nothing to look up or remove.

• The random install ID that gives your phone its own daily JoeBee allowance

  Where:

  Our server, briefly

  How it goes:

  Expires by itself within a day. Reinstalling the app gives you a new one.

• What you typed to JoeBee, and your location if you tapped “Use my location”

  Where:

  Nowhere — passed through and dropped

  How it goes:

  Never stored, so there is nothing to delete. Our host keeps short-lived access logs for security.
